Mahdi is a tech talent acquisition expert with a solid technical background and an extensive track record of filling the most challenging technical roles, helping companies scale and build-out entire tech teams with lightning speed.

Mahdi started his career as a software development engineer at Amazon, working on the Amazon Prime Video streaming service. He has a Computer Science degree from The University of Sheffield, where he graduated with First Class Honors. After founding his first company, a 3D printing disruptor, he found his true passion in tech recruiting.

He quickly climbed to Managing Director at one of the leading talent solutions and consulting firms and built and led strategic partnerships at a prominent B2B Fintech startup, helping the company grow to over $1 Billion in revenue.

Mahdi’s innovative recruiting strategies have enabled him to fill thousands of specialized roles for some of the most sought-after companies in the US. His expertise in forging strategic partnerships and deep industry knowledge make him a trusted tech recruiting partner, ensuring clients secure the very best talent they need to grow.

Diana is a tech talent solutions expert with a proven ability to help companies build high-performing technology teams, from Fortune 500 giants to fast-growing startups. With over 20 years of experience, she brings innovative recruiting strategies and a deep understanding of the tech industry to every client engagement.

Diana began her career as a systems engineer at IBM, specializing in risk assessment and IT infrastructure, where she developed a strong technical foundation. She went on to become Managing Director and Partner at one of the world’s leading global recruitment agencies, scaling teams across a wide range of industries and supporting over half of the Fortune 500.

Diana also leads a global children’s coding education franchise, driven by her passion for technology and education, inspiring the next generation of innovators. Her entrepreneurial mindset and ability to deliver impactful solutions have shaped her career at every step.

Diana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA. Her expertise in tech talent acquisition, strategic problem-solving, and client success makes her a trusted partner, helping companies secure the exceptional talent they need to scale and thrive.
